Research and compilation of Vietnamese History: Large scale, new perspective

Abstract

In Vietnam, historians are conducting a compilation of Vietnamese History including 25 volumes of general history and 5 volumes of event chronicle. This is the greatest work in the historiography of Vietnam. Along with the large scale, the work being compiled has a lot of new points as compared to the previously published historical books, and it is worthy of the national level. The paper will analyse and clarify the formation and basic new points of this work
