Abstract

The objective of this study is to evaluate the accuracy of the improved test kit for analysing sperm DNA fragmentation in infertile men. Subjects and methods: a cross-section study was conducted on 50 semen samples from infertile men with the sperm concentration ≥ 1 millions/ml. Results exhibited the improved test kit had
