Abstract

Within the framework of this paper, the first results of studying floods due to super-typhoon in Quang Ngai province will be presented. The information on flood occurences, including flooding time, inundation depth, and flood scope is presented in detail to help respond to natural disasters such as storms and floods. This is also part of the independent research project at the State level “Scientific bases to propose solutions for planning and engineering construction to stabilize the estuaries of Tra Khuc and Ve river in Quang Ngai province”, code 03/15-DTDL.CN-XHTN.
