Study on the acute toxicity of black garlic capsule on experimental mice

Abstract

The acute toxicity of black garlic capsule was studied and assessed on mice for this study. The results showed that there was no animal to be died at a dose of 10 g/kg body weight after taking a single dose of black garlic. The exam results also showed no significant difference in blood cell counts, kidney and liver function between the control group and the black garlic treated group.
