In Vietnam, mergers and acquisitions are new raising phenomena which receives much public attentia, and merging-acquiring in comparison with other business combination models is the most popular current trend. Competition stimulates mergers and acquisitions, and in return they make competition become more exciting. This article will present some basic information of merging and acquiring activities relating to current business acquisitions.
