Researching and designing the doffing cycle of spinning machine in doffing system

Abstract

The function of automatic doffing system is to take down bobbins from warping creel and feed bobbin cores onto spinning machine bed to replace manual operation. Doffing cycle is the action cycle of the operating mechanism; this is the main structure of spinning machine in doffing system. This paper presents the results of research and calculation of displacement position and displacement time, and control diagrams of doffing cycle. The research results are used to design automatic doffing operating mechanism to meet the requirements of the system.
