Abstract

This article analyzes the current state of digital technology application in innovation-driven entrepreneurship based on tangible cultural heritage among students in Hanoi and proposes implications for state management. The study uses survey data from 438 students, selected through convenience sampling stratified by gender, year of study, and field of training, combined with document analysis, descriptive statistics, and one-way ANOVA by field of training. The findings show that heritage utilization in forming entrepreneurial ideas and projects reaches 3.21; digital technology application in designing products, services, and entrepreneurial models reaches 3.03; and digital technology application in communication, brand building, market connection, and commercialization reaches 3.05. The declining pattern from digital communication (3.18) to branding (3.11), market connection (2.99), and commercialization (2.94) indicates that students perform better in expressive and communication-related stages than in value-model construction and market transactions. ANOVA results reveal statistically significant differences across training fields in all three analytical axes (p<0.05). The article accordingly identifies four major bottlenecks and proposes five state-management implications for Hanoi.
