Application of the precision deep hole drilling technology for manufacturing barrel by the gundrill process

Abstract

In the paper, some features of precision deep hole processing technology by the gundrill process have been presented and analysed. The technological conditions of deep hole drilling are preferred to ensure the best surface quality and accuracy due to the particular requirements in manufacturing barrel, resolving the problem of precision deep hole drilling for the barrel.
