Abstract

Commercializing and transferring of university research results are important for socio-economic development. Therefore, the modalities of implementing these activities are relatively abundant. This paper presents some basic methods to commercialize and transfer scientific and technological products of universities in the world and Vietnam. On that basis, the paper proposes some suggestions about commercialization and transfer models which are suitable to Vietnam’s conditions.
