A study on factors affecting the efficiency of Vietnam’s oil and gas businesses

Abstract

Oil and gas businesses play an important role in economy. Improving performance of oil and gas businesses is one of management targets of those businesses and also the requirements of state management. This paper examines the factors that affect oil and gas businesses, analyzes impact trends of these factors on the efficiency. On that basis, the paper gives policy implications for state and enterprise management of oil and gas.
