Some challenges for monetary policy in the coming period

Abstract

This article will examine the challenges facing the monetary policy in the coming period. Money movements and related issues such as inflation, interest rates, exchange rates, credit outstanding were presented in detail in the periodic reports of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) as well as the National Financial Supervisory Commission (NFSC). Therefore, the author will not repeat them in this article. The author will focus on analyzing the risks and challenges for monetary policy in the upcoming period as well as the measures to alleviate the negative impacts from these risks and challenges.
