Differences in electronic contracting

Abstract

In electronic contracting, the information exchange is mainly done through electronic means; therefore, the technical and technological elements themselves have changed the way, process, and procedure of signing an electronic contract. The next consequence is that they have been changing how electronic contracts are implemented, which more or less affects the revised laws. The technical and technological aspects make electronic contracting have many differences that have not been encountered in conventional contracting. This article will present and analyse these differences.
