Abstract

This article presents a quantitative research of Wedelolacton in dried Eclipta prostrata L. by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The method has been carried out by using a column C18 (100x4.6 mm, 3 μm) with the flow rate of mobile phase which is maintained at 1.0 ml per minute, the injection volume: 20 μl, and a mixture of acetonitrile and distilled water with the ratio 23:77 as mobile phase. A detector has been set up at 350 nm for Wedelolacton. The method has been validated in specificity, linear range, accuracy, precision.
