Human capacity development in enterprises under the thinking of lean management

Abstract

Human capacity development based on lean thinking which includes “visible” and “invisible” part is a relatively new concept in the world as well as in Vietnam. Many researchers have paid more attention to this topic which has become a sustainable strategy in business adminisration and human resource development. However, in oder to develop the human capacity, companies should firstly have a comprehensive view of their employee capacity and secondly have the solutions to recognising and developing their capacity. The main purposes of this research are to investigate the knowledge related to human capacity, the actual situation of human capacity development in Vietnam, and to propose solutions to identifying and developing human capacity in enterprises.
