THE TREATMENT RESULT OF ENDOVASCULAR INTERVENTION APPLICATION FOR HEPATIC INJURY IN VIET - DUC HOSPITAL

Abstract

The aim of this study is to evaluate the indications and efficiency of endovascular intervention in treating hepatic injury. 51 hepatic injury patients received angiography and endovascular intervention in Viet Duc hospital from June, 2008 to April, 2014. Result showed that, all of the patients did not undergo extravasation in angiography film (100%), no require on another surgery to stop hemorrhage. In conclusion, endovascular intervention on liver trauma is an effective therapeutic method and should be widely applied in clinical stage.
