CARBOPLATIN MEASURING METHOD IN FREEZE-DRIED CARBOPLATIN INJECTION DRUG BY HPLC

The high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) is a fast, sensitive and accurate method to measure carboplatin in injection drug. Therefore, the authors have made a carboplatin measuring method in freeze-dried carboplatin 50 mg and 150 mg injection drugs with liquid chromatographic conditions as follows: UV detector at 230 nm wave length; column: RP 18 (250x4.6 mm; 5 μm); mobile phase: water: acetonitrile (20:80); flow rate: 1ml/min. This method has been evaluated to meet requirements of linear range: linearity range at 0.4-1.4 ppm (R2 = 0.9999); the detecting limit: 2.012 μg/ml; the quantitation limit: 6.099 μg/ml; precision: RSD = 0.96%; accuracy (recovery rate): 100.67%, RSD = 0.21%.Classification number
