Value orientation for civil servants and public employees in Vietnam today: theory and practice

Abstract

To satisfy the requirements of the new development stage, developing qualified civil servants and public employees has been an especially important and urgent problem. This issue has required a process and accurate value orientation, creating the foundation for connecting strength of the civil service and forming a basis for State administration, thereby meeting the requirement of the national development in the current context. From these results, the authors proposed 3 contents and 4 solutions for value orientation of the civil servants and public employees in Vietnam at present.
