Setting up business plan model of the coal mining companies in Vietnam National Coal - Mineral Industries Holding Corporation Limited (Vinacomin)

Abstract

Setting up a business plan is the most important issue that affects the business performance of both startups and established companies. It is considered as a key task of a company. The business plan model shows the parts composing business planning and the procedure to carry it out. It is also an important foundation to do business planning methodically and effectively. Thus, it is necessary to set up and implement a business plan model as well as to connect all relatively independent parts of the business planning system. Furthermore, the setting-up of a plan model relies considerably on the business charateristics of companies. The paper uses the theoretical methodology and practical surveys to propose an accordant plan model for the companies in Vietnam National Coal - Mineral Industries Holding Corporation Limited (Vinacomin).
