Abstract

Based on the Vietnamese version source code, by programming in the DELPHI software development environment, the author has programmed an additional Vietnamese-English language conversion feature for the MM&S software. The programming is done first by counting and declaring variables representing notifications, terms, sentences and prompts used in the software. Next is assigning Vietnamese or English text values that meet the user's language selection for menus and variables declared for each module. Language conversion procedures for all modules are performed when the user clicks to select a language. When switching languages, only the user interface is converted to a language, the names of system elements and variables remain unchanged in the simulation diagram and in the model calculation results table. As a result, users only need one version of MM&S and later, when programming to develop additional features for MM&S, the author only needs to work on one source code.
