The herbal tea in this study was prepared from several natural medicinal ingredients to protect and enhance health. The main medicinal ingredients combined to produce the tea include: red jujube (Ziziphus jujuba), goji berry (Lycium barbarum), ginger (Zingiber officinale), and cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum). The chemical composition of these medicinal ingredients was determined by the gas chromatography - mass spectrometry (GC-MS) method. The composition of natural medicinal herb extracts contains compounds that have anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antioxidant, cancerpreventive, digestive, cardiovascular-support properties, blood pressure regulation, and blood lipid reduction effects, and does not contain substances harmful to health. The nutritious tea is made in two forms: instant tea and tea bags. The tea preparation formula is determined through a survey to determine the ratio of medicinal ingredients. Instant tea has the best quality and flavour when combining herbal extracts in the ratio: 45% red jujube + 20% goji berry + 15% ginger + 5% cinnamon + 15% isomalt. Tea bags have the best quality and flavour when processed from finely ground herbs, dried to a moisture content of <10%, and combined in the ratio: 60% red jujube + 25% goji berry + 5% ginger + 5% cinnamon + 5% isomalt.
