Abstract

This article focuses on analysing the challenges and obstacles in ensuring children’s right to education in Vietnam in the context of the rapid development of artificial intelligence. By employing a rights-based approach, combined with comparative, analytical, and synthesis methods, the study examines Singapore’s experience in institutionalising legal frameworks, defining state responsibilities in providing technological infrastructure, and establishing ethical guidelines for the use of artificial intelligence to safeguard children. Based on these analyses, the article draws practical lessons and proposes a set of coherent and feasible solutions aimed at improving the current legal framework. These recommendations are intended not only to strengthen the legal basis but also to contribute to enhancing mechanisms for ensuring the substantive and effective enjoyment of the right to education for Vietnamese children in the era of artificial intelligence.
